Every September for the last 11 years, Green Lane Park in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, has hosted a Scottish-Irish Festival. This event features music and dance performers, Highland contests, clan gatherings, and of course, bagpipers. All of the 2010 images here were taken with a converted infrared DSLR.
